What happens if the carriers lose my parcel?

It's been our experience that 99% of our parcels arrive well within the estimated delivery date and await pickup at your local post office (standard delivery) or with the courier (expedited delivery).

In the unlikely event that the post office doesn't have your parcel or the courier lost it,  please let us know and we will assist you further. We take full responsibility if any item becomes lost during delivery and will be happy to replace it free of charge or refund your money if a replacement is unavailable.
