What happens if I'm not around when my items are delivered?

Standard Delivery: If you don't have a mailbox, your mailman should leave a notice when and where the item can be picked up. Please contact your local post office to pick up the package or arrange a re-delivery. Please note, in this case, there is a limited time frame to pick up your package before it is sent back to us.

Expedited Delivery: Usually couriers try to reach you via phone to arrange delivery. Otherwise, they may leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

All Tablet2Cases parcels are monitored and send regular status updates to ensure you never lose track of your goods.
