What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?

Standard Delivery: If you don't have a mailbox, your mailman will likely leave a notice letting you know where it can be collected. Please contact your local post office to pick up the package or order re-delivery. There is usually a limited time frame of 30 days before the undelivered package is returned to us.

Expedited Delivery: Usually couriers try to reach you via phone to arrange delivery. Otherwise, they may leave a notification with instructions on how to order re-delivery.

All Cooper Cases parcels are monitored with our Advanced Tracking System (ATS) that sends regular status updates via email to make sure you never lose track of your goods.
