What happens if the courier lose my parcel?

In our experience, 99% of parcels arrive well within the estimated delivery date or await pickup at your local post office (standard delivery) and with the courier (expedited delivery).

In the unlikely event that the post office doesn't have your parcel, or the courier lost it, please let us know and we will assist you further. We take full responsibility if any item becomes lost during delivery and will be happy to replace it for free or refund your money if a replacement is unavailable.
