Can you leave my delivery with a neighbor?

We use specialist third party companies to deliver your products (shipping couriers for expedited packages and national postal services for standard mail). They will be responsible for the delivery your order. Please contact their customer support or your local post office (in case of standard packages), instructing them to deliver your parcel to a location suitable for you.
We post all orders to the address provided in your order details, and we are not able to provide additional instructions to our shipping partners.
