How do I track the progress of my order?

All Cooper Cases parcels are monitored with our Advanced Tracking System (ATS) that sends regular status updates to make sure you never lose track of your goods. They also include the contact details of your local delivery company.

You can track your package using the link included in each e-mail sent out from our Advanced Tracking System, or you can also use the tracking details to check the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.



All standard mail packages are delivered by the leading national postal service for your country


UK - Royal Mail

Canada - Canada Post

Australia - Australia Post

Germany - Deutsche Post

France - La Poste

Spain - Correos

Italy - Poste Italiane

You should contact either their customer support or your local post office.



UPS, FedEx or TNT will deliver expedited packages

Every ATS update includes tracking ID and the name of the carrier responsible for the package delivery. If you don’t receive a local phone number in the update, please contact the carrier on the official local customer support number.
