I received a damaged/defective case, what now?
Each product sold by Tablet2Cases is covered by a 60-day guarantee from manufacturing and/or material defects.
We do take these types of issues very seriously. Should you receive a damaged product, please send a photograph of the case received and your order ID to hello@tablet2cases.com.
Upon confirming the item is defective, we will then send you a replacement case from our warehouse, offer you store credit for the of your item, or process a full refund.
Defective keyboards
90% of the problems with keyboard cases are solved by charging the keyboard overnight to make sure the battery is full.
