Will I have to pay for customs/importing my order?

Updated by Tablet2Cases

Items delivered to addresses outside Hong Kong may be subject to custom duties and sales taxes, where applicable. Custom duties and VAT vary according to the country and are applied upon the arrival of goods to the destination country.

All of our prices are final and if you receive a VAT or Customs charge, please let us know here, and we will take care of it.

Please note: that additional duties and taxes applied by local customs or post offices are not included in the costs charged by Cooper Cases for bulk orders. Any additional burden concerning customs clearance shall be exclusively borne by the addressee/parcel recipient. For more information regarding the amounts of custom duties and sales taxes, please contact your local authorities.

Note:

  • Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
  • We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If you have any questions regarding these charges, contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
