I've only received part of my order
Whenever possible, we try to ship the whole order in 1 package.
As a multinational organization, we ship items all over the world. We store our products in various warehouses across the globe to ensure we can provide you with the shortest shipping times. It may be the case that your products will be available in different warehouses, and we’ll need to split the order. If that happens, we take responsibility for increased shipping costs.
Whenever possible, we’ll drop you an e-mail letting you know that we had to ship your order in multiple packages. If you have any questions, please contact us so we can check your order for you.
