I've received only part of my order

Whenever possible, we try to ship the whole order in 1 package.

As a multinational organization which ships items globally, we try to store our products worldwide to ensure we can provide you with the shortest shipping times. It may happen that your products will be available in different warehouses, and we’ll need to split the order. If that happens, we take responsibility for increased shipping costs.

Whenever possible, we’ll drop an e-mail letting you know that we had to ship your order in multiple packages. If you’ll miss that e-mail, simply contact us via chat on www.tablet2cases.com or drop us an e-mail at  hello@tablet2cases.com along with your order ID so that we can check your order for you.
