Q: How do I know I have the right size case? It is too loose on my tablet!
A: Our Cooper Trooper 2K is a universal case designed to fit a wide range of tablets and comes in many sizes, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and send us a picture of how the tablet fits in the case along with the model number of your tablet, and we will be able to ensure you have the correct size case.
Q: Why are buttons getting pressed down by the case? I think it's not compatible.
A: This case is made to adapt to your tablet. Try flipping the tablet 180 degrees! This should fix the issue you are encountering as the cutouts on the sides have different sizes. Remember to flip your kickstand as well. If this doesn't resolve the problem, contact us, and we'll find a convenient solution for you!
Q: I thought this case came with screen protection?
A: Our Trooper 2K is a rugged case with a unique design that, although it doesn't come with a screen protector, the screen is padded with a raised bezel that protects your tablet. If you would like to go the extra mile and add a screen protector, let us know, and we'll do our best to find a compatible one.
Q: What is this extra Velcro piece that came in my package? I think it was accidentally put in here.
A: The included accessories for this case are a shoulder strap, a kickstand, and a hand strap. The Velcro piece is the hand strap. You can remove the kickstand and put it in its place for a more comfortable grip on your tablet.
