We are happy to help you cancel your order before it's shipped. Please contact us on chat on our website www.tablet2cases.com for immediate assistance or drop us an email at hello@tablet2cases.com.
If we manage to intercept your package before it's dispatched from our warehouse (we ship out the majority of the orders within 24 hours), one of our team members will get back to you to let you know that we've been able to cancel your order.
If you hadn't managed to cancel the order before it was dispatched, you can always return it for a refund.
